On July 1, 2026, Article 115-05 - Travel Disclosure took effect. Article 115-05 requires public officials in North Dakota to disclose their 3rd party funded travel. The Ethics Commission staff is here to ensure public officials have the resources and confidence needed to complete their travel disclosure forms.
