In 2025, the Legislative Assembly passed legislation relating to an annual report by the Ethics Commission. Pursuant to N.D.C.C. § 54-66-19, the Commission “shall prepare an annual report each fiscal year” and “make the annual report available on its public website within sixty days of the end of each fiscal year.” The Commission's first annual report for fiscal year 2025 is available below:
