In 2025, the Legislative Assembly passed legislation relating to an annual report by the Ethics Commission. Pursuant to N.D.C.C. § 54-66-19, the Commission “shall prepare an annual report each fiscal year” and “make the annual report available on its public website within sixty days of the end of each fiscal year.”
