Ethics Commission voted to authorize executive director to request back-pay for Commissioners who attended general meetings which had previously not been accounted for during 2025. If passed, the motion would benefit Chair Anderson to be compensated for meetings he previously attended but was not compensated. Given the benefit he would have received from passage of the motion, Chair Anderson declared a potential conflict of interest and recused from voting.
