A complaint by Nicole and Josh Scherr was filed against Dennis Meier, TRHSZ Director, and two other zone employees. This complaint was regarding the removal of a foster child from the Scherr home that was subsequently placed into another foster home. An outside entity completed an investigation and provided the results to legal counsel of both parties. The TRHSZ Board met to make a decision on the complaint and the results of the investigation. I, Dennis Meier, recused myself from the TRHSZ Board during the time the case was being reviewed by the board.
