The North Dakota Board of Examiners for Nursing Home Administrators licenses and regulates Nursing Home Administrators.
At its Special Meeting on October 1, 2026, the Board reviewed an administrator’s response to allegations of misconduct by the North Dakota Health and Human Services State Survey Team. As a Section Director with supervisory responsibility for the State Survey Team and direct knowledge relevant to the allegations, I have a potential conflict of interest. I therefore recused myself from voting on this matter.
