I am the Chief of Police of the Dickinson Police Department and current Chair of the ND POST Board. My conflict is associated with the case of Mr. Jesse Kubik currently being heard and addressed in front of the POST Board. Mr. Kubik is a former sworn employee of the Dickinson Police Department and the matter at hand is associated with and occurred during his employment with the Dickinson Police Department during my tenure as Chief.
