Educational Component of Event The FMWF Chamber is hosting a private educational and social event in conjunction with the Red River Valley Fair on July 8th.

This event will bring together key Chamber stakeholders, including business and community leaders, and elected officials, to engage in substantive dialogue, information sharing, and discussions related to the FMWF Chamber, the Red River Valley Fair, and the FMWF communities’ largest challenges and opportunities. The event will include verbal remarks from Chamber President/ CEO Shannon Full, who will discuss some of the vital work The Chamber is doing to support the community and how it is driving economic growth and prosperity. This work includes key topics such as workforce, civic engagement, public policy, and more. Additionally, the event will feature verbal remarks from Red River Valley Fair Grounds Staff to discuss activities taking place at the fairgrounds, as well as an opportunity to see the various assets of the fair and structural needs.

The event will include FMWF Chamber-focused materials, such as a video to be played at the beginning, and physical periodicals will be available throughout the venue, which will inform attendees of the Chamber’s mission, membership, and programs.

The overall goal of the event is to foster meaningful connections throughout the community while fostering a deeper understanding of the work and impacts of the FMWF Chamber, as well as providing attendees with insight into the economic and place-making impacts of the Red River Valley Fair.
