Educational Component of Event Representative Anna Novak will attend the event to help educate members of the Rural Electric Political Action Committee about the legislative and interim process. While typically events are geared towards educating legislators on the electric industry, this event is focused on educating employees and directors of electric cooperatives on the legislative process. Representative Novak will attend for a conversation about the political process and then answer questions from the audience. Afterwards, participants will partake in the golf event to raise funds for the political action committee, but Representative Novak will depart. She will not receive any gifts, food, or drink as part of her participation.
