Educational Component of Event Annual combined conference of the National Guard Association of ND (officers) and ND National Guard Enlisted Association. Events include an evening social on Thursday, Feb 19 followed by a day of professional development on Friday, Feb 20. Professional development section includes a variety of briefings and discussions with North Dakota's congressional delegations, Governor's office, Adjutant General's office, national Association representatives, and Mr. Sam Mackey, retired Navy SEAL and current CEO of Outsider, a private sector business. Primary audience is ND National Guard members and retirees with an invitation to state legislators.

We have completed this form for past conferences, and we've had 1-5 state legislators attend the conference.
